Our Ferguson HVAC Twin Cities department is growing and we are focused on continued expansion. Our growth is based on attracting, retaining and developing the best possible talent available. THE OPPORTUNITY: HVAC Inside Sales:
Our need for HVAC inside sales resides within the Twin Cities metro area. Our inside sales associates are responsible for creating and sustaining strong customer relationships. Inside Sales also work hand in hand with our outside sales team to ensure the customers' needs are met and exceeded. Our inside sales team also updates customer contracts, coordinates deliveries with warehouse and delivers outstanding customer service through timely quotations, and accurate order processing.
Qualifications:
Successful inside sales associates will not only posses our company values but also:
o 3 to 5 years prior experience in the HVAC industry
o Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
o Pleasant personality for phone sales
o Ambition to succeed
o Self Motivator
o Enthusiasm, courtesy and articulation
o Service minded, competitive and congenial
o Ability to creatively solve problems with a calm demeanor
