These positions are only open to current temporary employees in the Health Services Center.
_4 positions available, shifts as follows:
_
1. Monday-Friday, 7:00-16:00 w/ occasional Saturday shifts
2. Monday-Friday, 10:30-19:30
3. Monday-Friday, 12:00-21:00
4. Monday-Friday, 8:00-16:30 w/ weekend rotation
Job Summary
Responsible for providing telephonic customer service support to members and/or providers through inbound and outbound calling.
Obtain member availability and schedule medical services in accordance with the commercial contracts.
Direct customer interaction utilizing alternative methods, such as telephonic, mail or email.
Answer and work to resolve a variety of inquiries, varying depending on customer interaction, in a timely fashion.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong inbound and outbound telephonic skills, or the ability to quickly learn
Intermediate keyboarding and computer skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to listen actively and manage time effectively
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work effectively in a changing environment
Ability to apply business knowledge, use sound judgment, and produce high-quality work
Effective utilization of on-line resources
Ability to consistently meet performance standards in a dynamic call center environment
Preferred Qualifications:
National Career Readiness Certificate
Prior military or call center experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
