Position Overview:
The Contract Pricing Analyst will be a member of Reinhart's Shared Services Department within the Accounting and Finance group. The position offers exposure to all aspects of the business through practical learning and mentorship opportunities, with the ultimate goal of development within the company.
Primary Job
Responsibilities:
The Contract Pricing Analyst will handle daily processing of activities in the Contract Pricing department. The Contract Pricing Department is responsible for inputting and monitoring factors into the system that impact customer sell price. Duties include the timely maintenance of pricing information into the system, including customer agreements and vendor contracts. The analyst will be responsible for data input and data analyses including communicating the findings as needed to management, customers, vendors, and division employees and other departments in a professional manner.
Essential skills and
Experience:
High School diploma or GED with Associates degree preferred, or 1-3 years of current experience in a fast paced office environment, large volume data & data analysis experience
Ability to work with large amounts of computer data
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office programs
Experience with ERP systems preferred
Quick thinker, possessing the ability to interact highly professional with both internal and external customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with large amounts of computer data
Adhere to company confidentiality requirements
Ability to take ownership and be accountable for issue resolution and general client satisfaction
Strong work ethic and ability to meet tight deadlines on multiple projects
Strong organizational skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Must present a highly professional image and attitude
Strong organizational skills
Self motivated individual with great initiative and ability to work independently
All other duties as assigned
