PM Server Responsibilites Offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to guidelines of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness Be familiar with the menus, including preparation, ingredients, and descriptions Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner; follow the established procedures to ensure knowledgeable, correct and efficient order taking Maintain a good working relationship with other associates by promoting teamwork and fostering a harmonious working environment PM Server Requirements Minimum of 2 years of food and beverage experience with great knowledge of food and wine Must have a high school education or equivalent experience Great food and beverage knowledge Able to commit to being available to at least 3 shifts per week Computer skills helpful but not required Able to work alone without direct supervision Demonstrate high degree of drive and determination Physical Requirements Continuous standing and walking Negotiating wet tile floor and steps Fine motor coordination is needed to pour beverages, decorate cocktails and folding napkins Lifting and carrying 30 lb.
