Part Time Accounts Payable/Administrative Position
Advanced Fiber Products is a manufacturer of fiberglass products that has been in business for over 20 years and is based in La Crosse.

Job Part-time Account Payable / Administrative position.
Working hours are Monday through Wednesday hours can vary but looking to work from 8am-4pm with a 30-minute paid lunch break.
Job oAccounts oProcess vendor invoices in an accurate and timely manneroEnsure discounts taken to maximize company cash flowoVerify and match purchase orders with invoicesoExpense report processingoPrepare and execute payment runsoResolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments oAdministrative tasks oAnswering and routing inbound callsoVisitor receptionoOther duties as needed within administrative tasks oAssociate Degree in Accounting is preferred, but relevant demonstrated experience will be considered oHighly motivated and efficient worker with strong communication skills oSound business judgement oPossess ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously oMicrosoft Suite proficiency (Excel, Word) oAttention to detail and accuracy oReport directly to the Staff AccountantCompensation 17-19 Hourly Wage />PIfcf401e7f6ff-31181-33762325 Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Communication Microsoft Excel Microsoft Softwares Multitasking Self Motivation Apply to this job.
