Part Time Accounts Payable/Administrative Position

Advanced Fiber Products is a manufacturer of fiberglass products that has been in business for over 20 years and is based in La Crosse. Our company prides itself on producing high quality parts for our customers.
Job Description:
Part-time Account Payable / Administrative position. Working hours are Monday through Wednesday hours can vary but looking to work from 8am-4pm with a 30-minute paid lunch break. Job Duties:
o Accounts Payable:
o Process vendor invoices in an accurate and timely manner o Ensure discounts taken to maximize company cash flow o Verify and match purchase orders with invoices o Expense report processing o Prepare and execute payment runs o Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments o Administrative tasks o Answering and routing inbound calls o Visitor reception o Other duties as needed within administrative tasks
Qualifications:
o Associate Degree in Accounting is preferred, but relevant demonstrated experience will be considered o Highly motivated and efficient worker with strong communication skills o Sound business judgement o Possess ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously o Microsoft Suite proficiency (Excel, Word) o Attention to detail and accuracy o Report directly to the Staff AccountantCompensation details:
