We are looking for a talented Inside Sales/Customer Service Specialist to assist with all the internal operations of the Branch.
As a team member, you will help foster a positive environment, give sales/product support to outside sales & customers, ensure customer satisfaction, and assist in all branch operations.
The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales target achievements with a goal of success and the expansion of the business.
Responsibilities Assist all operational aspects including customer service, shipping/receiving, purchasing, and sales Open store (7am) and close store (4pm) Address Customer satisfaction issues promptly Quote & Order processing Attention to detail & accuracy is a MUST! Product Research & Sales Support Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities Meet Goals and Metrics Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities Share knowledge on effective practices, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities.
Adhere to the highest ethical standards.
Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations Job Type:
