Casual Call Shift:
No guaranteed hours The likely schedule is 2 evening shifts a week (5:
00 PM-8:
00 PM at the office waiting for transport calls, then 8:
00 PM-10:
00 PM on-call at home waiting for transport calls.
Cover part of the rotating weekend on-call schedule (all drivers cover this schedule) - most likely cover the weekend on-call every 4-5 weeks.
Weekend on-call is Saturday and Sunday, 10:
00 AM-5:
00 PM on-call watching for transport calls.
On-site, La Crosse On rare occasion these on-call drivers will cover the day shift for the full-time drivers when the full-time drivers are sick or on vacation What you will do:

What you need:
No education required Valid driver's license in Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Iowa Gundersen Health System is healthcare for neighbors, by neighbors.

Major
Responsibilities:
1.
Provide safe transportation of clients to and from medical appointments and other scheduled events.
2.
Use iPad for proper documentation of trip records.
3.
Provide weekly inspection reports and timecards to the office in a timely manner.
4.
Maintain vans according to company policy.
5.
Show courtesy and respect to all clients, caregivers, facility staff persons, and other drivers.
6.
Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.
Education and Learning:
REQUIRED No education required DESIRED High school or equivalency Work
Experience:
REQUIRED None License and Certifications:
REQUIRED Valid driver's license in Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Iowa Basic Red Cross or equivalent training in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) within 60 days of hire.
