Job
Summary:
Support the Product Support team in the Parts and Service departments.
Responsibilities:
Scan, pick, and pack parts.
Assist with inventory control and maintenance.
Build hydraulic hoses.
Locate and order parts.
Backup parts counter by taking phone calls as needed Set up and process accounts payables.
Scan completed work order packets.
Update daily workload board and review with supervisor.
Issue purchase orders for supplies.
Ship and receive machines and attachments.
Assist with maintaining yard and facilities.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required, with enrollment in trade school or a degree program preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office products required.
Ability to multi-task and provide outstanding customer service required.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee frequently is required to sit for long periods, stand, walk, bend and stoop to perform the essential functions of this job.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
