The Human Resources Generalist Job Opportunity:
Full-time, direct hire opportunity Mon - Fri schedule, day shift Great hospital leadership and administration team! The Human Resources Generalist Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business or related, or equivalent experience, and proficiency with HRIS, applicant tracking systems and search optimization strategies along with excellent customer service, recruiting, talent acquisition, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills required.
Minimum 5 years previous relevant Human Resources experience, preferably recruiting in a healthcare environment, strongly preferred.
