9K a year Join our team as a Human Resources Specialist Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Specialist will provide leadership, direction and support for employee communication, program quality, assure compliance requirements are met for licensed programs, keep the agency current regarding mandated requirements, coordinate training activities and provide general support for the Human Resources Department.
What are the primary responsibilities of this Human Resources Specialist position? Supports a variety of HR tasks such as recruiting, including requisition.
Administer and maintain the online learning system, training calendar, reporting processes and data collection.
Coordinates employee communication and serves as the primary intranet specialist.
Oversee compliance and reporting activities.
Provide licensure support for program leadership.
Supports VOIP system.
Administer quarterly PQI process for the agency.
Coordinates agency policy and practice maintenance.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
