Job Responsibilities Provide exceptional hospitality to/interaction with guests and coworkers Ensure the floor area around merchandise area is clean Answer phone calls and respond timely to guest inquiries Seat guests in accordance to Distillery standards Utilize seating system, Tock, to its full abilities Communicate with servers and bartenders regarding seated guests, and pass on any appropriate chits to culinary or management as needed Manage waitlists for guests & give proper direction to people as to waiting areas and waitlist processes
