MOKA is hiring enthusiastic, positive, and customer-focused baristas to join our team in La Crosse, WI.
As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, building relationships with customers, and working in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
We are currently hiring for all locations, with full and part-time positions available.
Perfect for students and seasonal help.
The ideal candidate for this job is an individual that will be around through the Fall and winter season.
Key
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages, teas, and other drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences Ensure consistent quality in every cup, paying attention to details such as temperature, presentation, and taste Provide excellent customer service, greeting and assisting customers with their orders, and offering recommendations Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, while following safety and sanitation procedures Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and restocking supplies Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive work environment Perks:
