Position Description:
The Three Sixty Human Resource Manager will be the go to person for all employee-related issues.
The HR Manager will manage employee relationships, compensation and benefits, recruitment and hiring, policy and procedures and related activities in addition to employee training.

Major Area of Responsibility The position will be directly responsible for all Human Resource related activities, major responsibilities outlined as follows:
Enhance the organizations culture by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies, programs, and practices.
Maintains structure of the business by reviewing and updating job descriptions for all positions.
Support the organizations growth by establishing a recruiting/interview program working with the support team, assisting with the selection process.
Works on employee retention initiatives.
Establishes an exit interview process and collects Three Sixty property and keys from an existing employee.
Conducts periodic pay surveys to share with the leadership team.
Prepares employees for employment with Three Sixty, completing and orientation and on-boarding plan specific to each job position.
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, responding to grievances, employee investigations, record keeping, and representing the organization at employment hearings.
Works with Director of Operations on developing an annual training plan for continued growth of the Three Sixty Operations team.
Works with the leadership team on annual reviews, employee schedules and organizational benefits package.
Primary Objectives:
This position will:
Manage human resources by recruiting, assisting with selection, orientation, training, and retention of Three Sixty employees.
Specific Responsibilities of the Job Recruit and interview potential applicants on experience, skills, and education Update job requirements when needed Contacts applicants' references and performs background checks as required by the organization.
Organizes and manages new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs Explains and provides information on employee benefits, programs, and education Maintains employee records and paperwork Represents Three Sixty in the community and recruiting events Answers employee questions and addresses employee concerns with the leadership team; including health, safety, welfare, and wellness.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Associate or Bachelor's degree in human resources and/or equivalent experience.
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills High level interpersonal skills and employee coaching skills required Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Excel, and demonstrated skills in database management and record-keeping Organized and efficient in daily tasks Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and real estate helpful.
General knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
Education and Experience 2 or 4-year degree and/or equivalent experience with an emphasis in human resources and/or business.
Minimum of three (3) years of human resource management experience preferred Real Estate experience preferred Physical Demands Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to see and hear to effectively carry out duties Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance Work Environment Will do the right thing, do your very best, treat others the way they want to be treated.
Will work with intensity and diligence on all tasks while following all safety recommendations and guidelines.
Shall be prompt in responding to all communication from teammates.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
