40 We are looking to add an IT Support Technician Associate to our team! What Will You Do? Day to day will you assist within our IT Help Desk and Desktop support team, you will provide customer service to internal employees regarding software, hardware and IT system questions.
You will manage requests through ServiceNow tickets and inbound calls.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain a variety of IT knowledge and grow within the department over time! An Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Job Description:
Provides first-level customer service and support for IT systems, hardware, and software, using automated tools and other enterprise specific applications.
This position may require occasional extended hours beyond 8/day or 40/week.

Responsibilities:

Requires monitoring responsibilities that include identification, isolation and escalation of problems relating to hardware, software and network related issues, working with Information Systems staff to provide timely and accurate resolution of problem/situation.

Assists in diagnosing problems, identifying repair options and implementing solutions for end users.

Responsible for the day-to-day clinic and hospital computer support.
4.
Performs work under direct supervision.
Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
