Schedule Weekly Hours:
32 This position will work either 10am-6pm or 10:
30am-7pm Monday thru Friday.
There is also an on-call rotation (10am-5pm) every third weekend.
Job Description:
Drivers provide non-emergency transportation to scheduled medical appointments and other scheduled events.
Major
Responsibilities:
1.
Provide safe transportation of clients to and from medical appointments and other scheduled events.
2.
Use iPad for proper documentation of trip records.
3.
Provide weekly inspection reports and timecards to the office in a timely manner.
4.
Maintain vans according to company policy.
5.
Show courtesy and respect to all clients, caregivers, facility staff persons, and other drivers.
6.
Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.
Education and Learning:
REQUIRED No education required DESIRED High school or equivalency Work
Experience:
REQUIRED None License and Certifications:
REQUIRED Valid driver's license in Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Iowa Age Specific Population:
Neonatal Pediatric Adolescent Adult Geriatric Osha Category:
Category 2 - Some but not all employees in this job title may have a reasonably anticipated risk of occupational exposure to blood and/or other potentially infectious materials usually determined by location or specific departments.
Environmental Conditions:
