82 HUMAN RESOURCES Full Time Human Resources Assistant, La Crosse, WI:
Kwik Trip is looking for a highly motivated, hard-working, and change orientated support coworker for our Payroll area.
We are looking for someone who enjoys learning and is comfortable completing a wide variety of clerical and administrative support responsibilities associated with highly confidential matters.
Responsibilities include:
Processing new hires and rehires into our HRIS system.
Processing co-worker changes into our HRIS system.
Processing data corrections into our HRIS system.
Data entry of various payroll deductions and reimbursements into our Payroll system.
Time card entry into our Time & Attendance system.
Running and distributing various reports for management and external agencies.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.
E.
D Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Strong work ethic, team player, and high degree of professionalism and ability to deal sensitively with confidential information.
Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills Organized, accurate and detail orientated.
Working knowledge of SAP Success Factors and UKG Kronos is a plus.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
This position is an in office position and will be located at our Support Center in La Crosse, WI.
