This position provides support to the QA Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist in the hold auditing and record keeping of products that are placed on hold.
Gather and send production information and samples to our customers on a daily basis, or as needed.
Prepare and ship products via FedEx and UPS, using online shipping programs.
Facilitate daily taste panel.
Maintain files of Certificate of Analysis and production records.
Generate Quality Assurance reports as needed in Excel, Word, or Access.
Assist department in other Quality Assurance duties as needed.
Moderate interaction with customers and outside vendors.
Data entry using internal and external databases.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access) and able to learn other programs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to prioritize an assigned work load.
Highly organized, attention to detail, and self-motivated.
Work effectively in a team environment and on own.
Ability to work flexible and overtime hours as needed.
Must be able to lift at least 45 pounds.
Ability to learn customer software.
The hours for this role could vary based on department needs and scheduling.
We are willing to accommodate schedules but require defined availability during normal business hours, 8:
00 am to 4:
00 pm.
The role has an option for part time (no benefits) or full time.
