This person will:
Reach out to established dealerships to ensure we have updated contact and authorized user information.
Communicate with existing dealerships for activation/approval of pending data feeds; activate feeds on behalf of dealerships (with written or verbal permission), update tickets as needed, close ticket.
Participate in dealer outreach projects as assigned to enhance overall dealership engagement.
Answer questions and walk dealers through the onboarding process as needed.
Provide demonstration/walkthrough support to dealerships for the purpose of gaining user adoption and enhanced dealer engagement.
Educate and re-educate dealers on expanding use of DealerVault -provide overview of the tool, communicate changes and product enhancements.
Complete tickets and communicate with dealers via phone calls, emails and/or web chat.
Record client interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
Education Requirements A high school diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree from an accredited college or university with a major emphasis in Sales, Communication or Business preferred.
Experience Requirements A minimum of three (3) years sales, account management, client services experience.
