A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST / RECRUITER As our Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter, you manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing to interviewing to training and development.
In this day and age, this also means that you manage our employer brand, ensuring that we are perceived as an employer of choice by both current and potential employees.
Your knack for marketing helps you to identify and target prospective candidates and advertise career opportunities for effective recruiting.
Your people skills are essential to your success as you work with candidates and employees regularly.
You ensure that all employees are well-versed as to the benefits available to them and how to maximize them.
You also coach and mentor our front line supervisors on leadership and employee relations.
Our talent is the most important tool in our business of helping individuals with disabilities, and you play an essential role in our ability to attract and hold on to the best! Due to your passion for organization and attention to detail, you also enjoy the administrative aspects of your position such as maintaining personnel records and internal databases.
In addition, you are responsible for updating job descriptions and administering employee benefits and compensation.
