La Crosse, WI La Crosse, WI Full-time Full-time $21 - $30 an hour $21 - $30 an hour The mission of the Talent Acquisitions Coordinator is to create and implement a thriving, successful doctor and team recruitment program in line with the vision of Rivertown Dental.
The Talent Acquisitions Coordinator helps Rivertown Dental reach practice goals while supporting, upholding and adhering to RTD culture, core values and Team Agreements and Core Values.
This is a full time, hybrid position that works 36-40 hours per week Monday - Friday.
Some evenings and weekends will be required based on recruiting, team and community events.
Job Duties:
Have passion for and articulate RTD's vision, mission, and core values Acquire clinical and administrative team members who have promise to thrive and be happy with RTD for their career.
Exhibit passion for the Coulee Region and communicate to the prospective candidates the advantages and opportunities our region has to offer.
Travel for necessary recruiting events Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective doctor recruits, community members and organizations, colleges, universities and other educational platforms, and more.
Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using different media and job sites.
Determine applicant qualifications by reviewing credentials on resume, interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Attend events aligning with talent acquisition needs Coordinate interviews with the appropriate team members, as well as schedule travel and lodging for some candidates.
Meets monthly with CCO to discuss professional growth and development, and where support is needed.
Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, communication, and initial onboarding) Host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in business required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Candidates who posses five (5) or more years of full-time, healthcare related recruiting work experience in lieu of education will be considered.
Two (2) or more years of recruiting or sales experience required; recruitment related to healthcare, specifically physician/doctor recruitment, preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to develop relationships with a large demographic of people required.
Professionalism, organization and project management skills required.
Prior experience with Google and/or Microsoft Suite required.
Familiarity with relevant employment laws and supporting of workplace diversity.
Travel up to 50% of the time Monday-Friday.
This position will travel on select nights and weekends.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
