This is a direct hire role from day one! Wage and Hours:
1st Shift:
Mon-Fri, 6:
45am-3pm - $20.
22/hour Resource Operator responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Effectively communicate with Production Lead and crew Act as backup Production Lead as needed Assist in checking and monitoring quality of the product Check and complete all required documentation such as blend sheets and inspection logs Assist in daily operation of packaging duties as needed Weigh and document waste at the end of each shift and store properly Ensure all safety policies and protocols are adhered to Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and free of workplace hazard Other duties as assigned Resource Operator qualifications include:
HSD or GED preferred Minimum of 1-year experience in food manufacturing is preferred Ability to sit, stand, twist, bend, squat, reach, push, pull, and lift 50lbs throughout shift Must have forklift experience and be willing to train in-house Must show strong interpersonal skills; use effective communication and must follow and provide instruction well Exhibit a professional manner in overseeing others and work to maintain constructive working relationships Spice up your life, apply online today at www.
